PostHeaderIcon Taking Deep Breaths, Part 1

Disappointment and pessimism can be seen hovering through the air of St. Louis. For the first time since this ownership group has come in and taken over, Blues fans are starting to question the organization’s direction. Some are giving up hope on this team ever becoming a force. Some calling for heads, others having cooler heads.

If ever there was a need to present evidence that the Blues need to do some shopping in July, there’s the evidence. In fact, this game seemed to embody all of the Blues needs. The defense was adequate, holding the Avalanche to 26...

A decisive 5-2 victory over the fourth place Phoenix Coyotes Tuesday night almost guarantees the Blues are not sellers at tomorrow’s Trade Deadline. Briefly, I want to mention the game.
